Description
Zero cast is a claim a lot of sunscreens make and very few deliver. This one does. It goes on clear, dries down to a soft finish, and leaves no grey film on medium or deep skin, which is the single reason most Kenyans abandon sunscreen.
The texture is light and slightly powdery on the finish, so it works under makeup and does not feel like an extra layer in Nairobi heat. Oily skin in particular gets on well with it. Korean sunscreen formulation has been ahead of the Western market on cosmetic feel for years, and this is a good example of why.
Protection is SPF50 with broad spectrum coverage, which is the level you want on the equator. UV here is high year round, not seasonal, and the damage shows up on deeper skin tones as hyperpigmentation and uneven tone rather than as burning.
Use roughly two finger lengths for the face and neck every morning as the last step before makeup. Reapply through the day if you are outdoors.
If you have tried sunscreen before and hated how it looked, start here. Genuine Anua, stocked in Nairobi and delivered countrywide.
